The Application to conclude a contract, including contact data, the affidavit stipulating that in the respective place only domestic activities are developed, as well as the option concerning the applied tariff (in case of a regulated contract), namely the chosen offer-type (in case of choosing an offer-type);

  • The identity document of the applicant (it is presented in original, and submitted in copy);
  • The deed attesting the right to use the place which constitutes the object of the respective consumption place (the document is presented in original and a copy is submitted). In case when the final client does not have such a document, or the respective document is not definitive, but he/she declares at his/her own risk he/she legally uses the real estate representing the place of consumption, as long as the place of consumption is not claimed by another person, the supplier can conclude a contract for supplying electricity on a limited duration of time, one year at the most, with a possibility of prolongation. In this case, at the supplier’s request, the applicant should constitute a guarantee. The applicant should constitute a guarantee as well if he/she is a temporary client (for a duration of less than 6 months);
  • The written agreement of the rightful owner of the place, in case when the applicant is a tenant/concession-holder or another similar quality attesting the right to temporarily use the consumption place, if this mention is not included in the deed of the place.

The application to conclude the contract, including the applicant name, its headquarters, phone, fax, e-mail address, name of legal representatives, as well as the option concerning the chosen offer, in case when the client choses an offer-type;

  • The registration certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – the National Trade Register Office, the Fiscal Code, the credit bank of credit transfer, the name of the bank which processes payments. In case when the applicant does not have these documents, he/she has to present his/her identification documents, according to legislation in force. Documents are presented in original and submitted in copy;
  • The deed or another document attesting the right to use the place which constitutes the object of the respective place of consumption (the document is presented in original and submitted in copy). In case when the final client does not have such a document, or the respective document is not definitive, the supplier is entitled to request the guarantee of the supply service and to conclude a contract of supplying electricity on a limited duration, of one year at the most, with a possibility of prolongation;
  • The written agreement of the legal owner of the place, if the applicant has the quality of a tenant/concession-holder, or another similar quality attesting the right to temporarily use the consumption place, if this mention is not included in the deed of the respective place;
  • The Connection Certificate or the Connection Technical Evaluation Report – if the DO did not issue the Connection Certificate – it is taken over from the network contract;
  • The supporting documents to benefit by the universal service, if the client requests such a service type.

The blocking or the suspicion concerning the incorrect functioning of the counter can be notified in writing to the supplier or the distribution operator (by post, e-mail or fax, to the contact addresses shown on the invoice, by direct presentation at the Customer Service Counter) or by phone, by calling the Call Center service of the supplier, at the phone number included in the invoice.

 

If the user notifies the distribution operator (DO), directly or through the supplier, that the measuring equipment (counter) is suspect of erroneous recordings, DO performs a verification at the place of functioning, with the agreement and in presence of the user and the supplier, and conclusions are presented in an official record signed by both parties.

The demounted measuring equipment is verified in an authorized metrological laboratory, which establishes the recording error. The cost of verification procedures, of demounting and remounting the measuring group are borne by the DO, including the case when the notification proves to be unfounded. In case of a new unfounded complaint of the user, made during the following 12 months from the unfounded complaint with costs borne by the DO, the cost is paid by the user, through the supplier.

The recalculation of the electricity consumption during the period when the counter was blocked or incorrectly recorded the electricity consumption is made according to ANRE Order No. 121/2015.

The transmission of the self-read index can be made by the following modalities:

– On phone, at the number 0800800048 (free call)
– online, by MyElectrica
– the presentation at a customer service counter

in order to be taken over for invoicing, the self-read index should be communicated during the period stipulated on the invoice.

Information concerning the present-day balance account, without the interaction with a Call Center operator, can be obtained at the phone number 0244406006, taste 4. Authentication is made according to the ATM code included on the electricity invoice.

In order to receive the invoice into electronic form, by e-mail, it is necessary to register in the MyElectrica online application and accept conditions regarding the transmission of the invoice by the supplier, in this format.

Within 10 working days at the most from the date of the accidental overvoltage occurrence, the domestic client should transmit to the supplier a written request for compensation. In case when, out of objective reasons, the request is transmitted later (at the date of knowledge of the occurrence of the accidental overvoltage), this should be transmitted together with documents justifying the expiry of the initial deadline.

After receiving the request, within 3 working days at the most, the supplier should analyze if the place of consumption where the event took place is supplied with electricity according to a contract of supplying electricity and if it was submitted in time. In case when all these conditions are fulfilled, the request shall be transmitted to the network operator (NO), who has the obligation to schedule within 10 working days, together with the client, the date of verification at the consumption place. The NO analyzes on the spot the reported incident and prepares a clean record of findings.
Within 3 working days from the verification, the NO notifies the supplier as concerns the compensation/non-compensation, and the supplier shall transmit to the client the notification received from the NO in the following 3 working days.

Within 60 working days from the receipt of the notification, if the client is entitled to receive a compensation, he/she should present supporting documents, in order to calculate the compensation (this term can be prolongated by 30 days at the most, if the client proves with supporting documents the good reason of exceeding the deadline):

  • documents of acquisition of the damaged household receiver (invoice/ ticket/ fiscal bill etc.), or a self-declaration regarding the acquisition data of the household receiver,
  • documents concerning the consideration of repairing the damaged household receiver (invoice/ ticket/ fiscal bill etc.), or in case when the repair is not possible, the written confirmation of the specialized economic operator that the repair cannot be made.

Within maximum 3 working days from the receipt, documents received from the client are transmitted to the NO, who is obliged that within 5 working days to establish the amount of compensation, and to transmit the official record of compensation to the supplier, according to which the compensation shall be paid.
